How I stay healthy: As someone with Bethlem myopathy muscular dystrophy, my fitness routine includes pilates, cheer, physical therapy, and a nutritional, healthy diet. I continue to research, advocate, and support initiatives to empower people with neurological muscular disorders like mine to live longer and more independent lives.

Bucket list: Ballet En pointe; Travel to Thailand (Summer 2024); Spend the day trying on all the products at the Glossier Store in London.
